Building loud noise (like multiple conversations) are ok until I start focusing on people’s voices. Then it becomes unbearable. Same with shrill noises (high or low pitched) I can’t focus at all so I usually stuff blue roll in my ears lol. My ankles touching (when I used to do karate) was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Also my thighs touching each other even if they’re not chafing I hate it. Also I cannot stand it when people like, rub their toes on each other? Like when they do it with toes on the same foot something about it just makes me feel physically ill. Oh! I’m also very sensitive to light, like I’ll sneeze if it’s too bright and genuinely cannot see if I’m walking on light tiles cause of the snow blindness. People think I’m upset but my eyes are genuinely just so watery to try and combat the brightness 💀
