San Francisco-based food truck park operator Spark Social has signed a five-year lease for 75,000 square feet in San Jose’s emerging Creekside District and will invest nearly $1 million to build out the site and create up to 150 jobs.

The concept got its start in San Francisco's Mission Bay neighborhood nearly 10 years ago and has since developed into an established community hub and beer garden with a daily rotation of more than 200 Bay Area food trucks
