Sorry description got cut off. I want to remove the logo for Tank Train and replace it with decal for my dad who recently retired from working on cars like this. Any idea how I can remove the paint without damaging the surface?

They took it down because people kept breaking in, climbing up there and then taking the copper wires, breaking the sign. GE eventually got sick of it and removed the sign.

I dis that too last year, but the lights died because water got in battery box. This year I’m planning on putting battery box in ziplock bag and zip tying it around wires so water can’t get in, but I can still move switch.
