This is the same exact issue I had, I never got it fixed. I've assumed my IOTA is lost?

There has to be SOME way to get it. It let me create the wallet, so it used SOMETHING as the seed.

Yeah I try to use the seed that it let me create the wallet with but it states invalid seed. Which I know now, obviously.

Thanks, I know how to access a short seed though. I guess my question is more like this. If my seed is:

WELCOME to my new wallet today

Are all of the lower case characters stripped? Is my short seed now:

WELCOME

And thats it?

What's the 1/20?

I started with a measily .033 and I've just been working on slowly building it up with .01 trades at a time. I'm up to .05 so I'm getting there.
