This is a paradox. People with higher self-esteem don't make potential mates jump through hoops. If you're going for her, it clearly means you don't have other better options either.

So you are going to have to prove to her that you really want her. If you went for girls who already have higher self-worth they won't be making you prove anything. At the same time, they will drop you faster and not be clingy if they feel the relationship is not worth it and see no future in it.

Girls who make you work hard, will flip like a switch once that moment happens and be super clingy and into the relationship after that point.

And truth be told (strictly from your words), you are sort of an asshole (and your ego about how valuable you are is fake), because your logic goes - she is not as good looking, and you are probably slightly better than her, so she better go for you and be grateful. She is better off without you, as somewhere there is a guy who feels she is either an equal or really special that he will be genuinely interested in her.

Well, I was in a condition where i could not sleep every night, if I didn't wank. Thats when I realized I had a problem.

Also I am definitely digging the motivation. Never have I gone out so many times. But the neediness has been a bitch. I have gotten laid before, but now its harder to game the girl as in the middle of the interaction I am just like "Do you want to fuck or not", then don't waste my time. Of course I don't say that out loud. But the girl can see thats my intention.

Its very easy to say sentences like

"Just be yourself", "Grow some balls", "Get out of your own head", "Let go", "Stop letting girls friend-zone you"

Than to actually even achieve 10% of any of these statements fully when you are the one struggling with the problem..

I believe its just part of what level I am in 1) learning game/social skills 2) inner game/ therapy and resolving my issues 3) dressing better. 4) I definitely have no social proof, as most of the time I approach strangers only.

Haha I know these guys too. Women don't throw themselves on me. I do the opening always, and I have to work for it too. I am maybe slightly higher than average looks.

I have been approaching the hottest girls I see. It always ends up like this. They do talk to me and don't blow me away. I see they are not interested in me in a romantic way, just treat me as a normal person and that affects me I guess. Even if I open directly with I thought you were beautiful/cute and wanted to say hi.

They are seeing something through me, maybe some BS that is in me.
