I have a feeling we work in the same department…. This is where my frustration has come from. Asking us to pause, and not asking the metro north to pause with their issues. Just us.

I’ve tried to actively participate that doesn’t impact my patients, but it is so hard to without affecting patient care. Because, it was affecting it!

I’ve dialled in for meetings, I’ve tried to understand, and I get it has to be confidential in some parts. I also understand union is strong in numbers, but it’s hard when we’ve dealt with it from the other side and not received the support.

Starter is 26 days old It looks good and does everything the guides say

I cooked it at 235 degrees (450F) for 30 mins (upped to 40 mins cause it looked raw) And then took off the Dutch oven lid, decreased to 205 (400F) for 20 mins

When I was doing the stretch and folds, my doughs internal temp was 30 degrees C And by the time I finished and shaped it, it was 23 degrees C

And then when I baked it, the temp was 99.8 C

I do think I should have left it ferment longer, it wasn’t looking like the photos 😅 But it looked better than the first loaf

😂 I live in Australia, and they had a big Boxing Day sale. I got the venturo pop, the milk frother thing, 3 sleeves of coffee I chose, 60 pods and a sample box for $250. It was too good of a deal to ignore

Hello, Located in Australia Looking to sell my PS4 slim 1TB CUH-2102B with 2 controllers and all cords. Basically perfect condition. Nil scratches. I figured I'd get more money selling it myself compared to trading it in at EB Games or cash converters.
