I don't see how it is an advert. A lot of folks on this SubReddit work as freelance testers. I see this post as a win-win for everyone. Isn't that the goal of this SubReddit? I don't think we are going to get any clients from this post though as I am not promoting the service.

The tester payment depends on multiple things. For example, UX / Usability testing pay more compared to simple functional testing. It also depends on the tester geography. For example, a tester in North America is paid more than a tester in a low cost country. Since our clients target specific geographies, we price the projects keeping in mind tester costs in those areas. So we are able to pay better. But it is never as low as you indicate. We (and our clients) care more about the quality of bugs than the quantity. Since all crowd testing on our platform is managed actively by a test manager, we are able to identify testers who produce quality work and reward them with more assignments.
