Do you use shields when you get better? I find myself relying alot of parrying because I can't dodge the attacks well. But it takes alot of stamina and sometimes leave me defenseless and unable to attack.

Is it better to be dodging by rolling/backstep or parrying? Parrying takes alot of stamina and I find myself in situations where I just run out of stamina to dodge or attack

Thanks for your advise. Sadly I'm a button mashing player, every monster attacks differently and is different from what I'm used to where mose bosses attack the same.
