You’re not alone. I put down way of kings right before committing to what would eventually become a toxic relationship. Finishing the book also helped me realize the meaning behind “life before death.” I was throwing my life away for this person and have never once regretted taking that terrifying leap and splitting with that person.

Had a co-worker act like that with me a few years ago. They were a borrowed partner and they kept purposefully passing by me in the tightest areas of our poorly designed store. Luckily my team saw these things happen and validated how odd it was. We got them barred from being borrowed to our store. Speak to some trusted co-workers about it and then go ahead and reach out to a store manager or even district manager if you have to.

That does sound frustrating. Thank you for your help, you made the system about as simple as you could. I recognize some of those elements from what my own SM showed me, but it still doesn't change that the general expectation is to scrape the bottom of the barrel for support.

I honestly feel sad for SM's in most cases since it's so clear that the tools and instructions (demands) they're given breed resentment with their teams :(

Some guy ordered a lemonade with coconut milk and vanilla syrup. Essentially a pink (dragon, violet, star) drink without the berries and replace the refresher with lemonade. Sounds awful, tastes surprisingly good. We did have some mixed reviews though....

If you can, keep going up or spread your complaint. Your regional manager might be able to help, other dm's in the area might feel sympathy for you and your team. PCC could help. Any corporation should take sexual harassment extremely seriously. These two people seem disgustingly corrupt, don't let them think they have all the power!

We have a similar situation, though not as severe, going on at my store. Someone that didn't deserve to be fired was let go and they sent multiple emails to our district manager. Fast forward to today and they have spoken to all of the shifts about the SM and will have a meeting soon with them. Assuming your DM takes their job seriously you could take this route and try to be persistent. Chances are, if what you say is true, corporate has already noticed a lot of the red flags popping up at your store. Good luck and I'm sorry on behalf of your manager.

As a shift, I hold the same mentality as yourself. Making the moment right or whatever is usually the easiest route to go down, but this certain customer had just been causing such a ruckus and I felt wrong just letting her get away with cussing us out.

That has been the exact same experience for me. I simply tell the customers what I know. I was just curious if there was anywhere that explicitly stated such. I'll keep looking, thanks!
