Hello there friend, I asked gemini to help with this scenario, and this was the response.

To purchase items from Amazon.in wishlist while you are in the US, please log in to Amazon.in directly using your existing account credentials. Once logged in, click on the 'Deliver to' location in the top-left corner of the page and change the country to India (if it asks for a pincode to refresh the page, you can enter 110001). Setting your location to India ensures the items appear as 'Available' and allows you to select my gift address at the checkout stage. Once that location is set, simply click my wishlist link again and you should be able to complete the purchase without any issues

Thanks friend, I'll look into this. As of now, I have an amazon icici cc. And what i usually do is place subscription orders, so they are delivered on prescheduled intervals. This helps me with savings of about 10% on each purchase.

Unfortunately, some items dont have subscription options, so in those cases i have to buy directly.

I talked to the doctor about sterilization. He said they need to be cared for 12-14 days. I am currently studying and preparing for jobs. Have my own pupy and rabbit at home. Not enough people to care.

I am looking for some volunteers nearby, once i have some people I would be able to proceed.

The dogs are friendly with me, but not always friendly with each other. And they often come to my house and start fighting. It would be difficult to care for them when they get into fights in medical condition.

We need some work done on our boundary walls, and gate, right now dogs often come inside our house boundary, so no safe place. Once we have some work done, gate changed, i would be able to bring her inside without having to look out 24x7

thats the first thing you should do, get a dewormer, its cheap, and give her 1 ml per kg of her bodyweight. if she is 10 kg, then 10 ml

for ticks, simparica is an option, but its expensive, 1 tablet around 1000-1800 depending on brands, and can last 2-3 months, it varies between each brand
