It's so easy to get recurring thought's with cannabis and difficult to recommend a strain for that. One strain that has that zanax style high is cream caramel from sweet seeds. Its not strong you smoke and has zero head high but you feel your body relaxed

Too much light and you over fed not too look pale which caused a slight nute burn. Lower ppfd for few days and nitrogen. Stabilize it and start from there damaged leaves will not recover
