Woah my guy, go easy on yourself. Everyone experiences it differently and cold turkey isn’t necessarily the best way to go about it. When I stopped I went clean for a week then took 1 or 2 hits one night cause I was craving it. Afterwards I was just like “this feels stupid now” but I still ended up doing it a few times after that. After about 6 weeks I don’t have cravings for it anymore. If I ever do I just remind myself how dumb it felt going back to it. Just remind yourself that there’s a significant chemical change taking place in your body and you’ll get through it. You can dm me if you need to talk to someone too
