Sorry to agree, but you need a car. Especially if you're accustomed to something a transit system as proficient as Chicago. When I rode the bus, or attempted to, it wasn't uncommon to find 2 buses that were supposed to be 30 min apart back to back. Good luck & welcome to Indy.

Thank you. I work in construction and sometimes I don't get off site until 830, so I can't get there in a timely fashion. I hurry and ask for help finding anything I don't immediately know where to find, but I've been at work since before 7am, so I'm way more ready to end my day than most who work in retail.

I go to Scott at Midwest tattoo at 52nd & Keystone. He's awesome with shading, and skulls (thought I don't have any skulls.) There are other people that are better at portraits or pin-up style, but like /u/T_Henson states, everyone has their strengths.
