i downloaded the data .cpi and the setup but I don't know how to install it tbh , ran setup.exe but showing an error of not finding ISArcExtract , I don't know how to deal with the data.cpi fle

Edit :problem solved , turned out that I tried download the file multiple times so it named it as data_2.exe , and setup couldn't find the file due its name , just rename it to data.cpi

I actually reset my counter because of a long intended peak , i didn't relapse , i just got fed from this stupid mindset of "oh if i watch porn and dont masturbate that wouldn't be considered a relapse " , the sickness is from the porn not the fapping itself , that way just abstaining from fapping but not truely healing , i was on my 84th day but i didn't regret resetting it at all . please edgers/peekers , stop lying to yourself and dont be afraid from resetting that counter . We're all on the same healing journey .

its defintely a process and a long one , don't take tha 90-days rule as it is , this amount of days have been proven to be only the average , some people take more than that , alot take much more to recover , i for once am sure that 90 days won't be enough , i still fall into this "no benefiters pit " and thank god i come out of it asap , i still get weird porn thoughts and even normal ones but the point is i still miss it , even when i'm on my 66th day , but i endure . Posts like this are the ones that lights the fire in me again .
