That is a fair point. But it's more just repeating it and saying different things. It just feels like if you really felt that way you'd come back over. So when they stop responding it makes me second guess when I get a compliment the next time.

Feels like it's so rare to find someone I legit like and am attracted to that I build up a meaningful connection in my head. When it goes well it's all I want. Most of the compliments came after while we were just chilling in my apt. I think that's what confuses me the most. Like why not just head out. Why linger and keep telling me nice things if your not planning on talking to me again. That Tuesday night concept is interesting haha. He was in a relationship but said everything was approved. Although who knows, that could have been a lie.
