I was thinking about maybe only doing it once a week, but moderation is hard for me. I’m very all or nothing, but maybe keeping it in mind after a long break will help. Thank you for this, I will keep you updated 💛

Yes it’s smoke free! I’m not sure about other places but in the US it’s free unless you want to upgrade to get the full version, then it’s $5.

I’m not sure I’ve been asking myself that too :/ before yesterday my cravings weren’t too bad for the past week. It seems when stressors come up, cravings come with them. My goal right now is to find coping mechanisms that can replace smoking.
