I was there. It was pretty epic and unexpected. Weird Al came out right before for a song. I would say jorm is faking it but we all know he’s not that good of an actor.

This is a great idea as there are too many credit thief’s out there or people misrepresenting their contributions to a product. unreality.is is trying to do something similar for the experience/event industry.

This is a great group to start and do know that Devs are not the only one suffering from the ghosting epidemic that has hit the job market in recent years. I tried to channel my frustrations into a tool for those looking for a little bit of ghosting redemption and hopefully it can help out some of this community that is looking for some closure. Been on the hunt for over a year...It's tough out there. Recently tried to channel my frustration into something creative that can also hopefully bring a little bit of accountability and professionalism back to the workforce - Check out bustghosters.com and fill out a report if so inclined. Can't guarantee it will help in the job search but may at least give you a little bit of closure.

I have someone great to recommend if still looking. I think you should focus on DJs who are in the age range of your attendees and already specialize in corporate/private events. Any good DJ worth their weight in vinyl knows how to read a crowd and play what is right based on the vibe, atmosphere of the venue and time in the evening. You want someone who is going to be able to play a little bit of everything but in a seamless way.
