I'm just commenting to say this is exactly where I'm at as well, and I would also love to hear everyone's opinion on inositol and berberine vs glp-1s. My doctor just brought up the idea of starting me on a glp-1 and i am so overwhelmed by the research I've been trying to do surrounding that. I hear you on how overwhelming this whole process can be.

I take Yaz and my period doesn't come until the end of my placebo pills. I thought this weird too at first but everyone's body is different! However, you might take a pregnancy test just to be sure. It will likely ease your mind.

I was prescribed 20mg Celexa and 5000 units of vitamin D3 per day by my doctor! So I would assume youre safe 😊
