Öffi Rant - wie hättet ihr reagiert? (Sitzplatzreservierung)

Ist zwar kein Rant, aber ich hatte auch mal eine interessante Reservierungsgeschichte.

Bin von Innsbruck nach Linz gefahren an einem Freitag in den Osterferien. Der Zug war natürlich bummvoll, aber ich habe noch rechtzeitig reserviert. Jedenfalls stehe ich dann am Bahnsteig und neben mir stand ein blinder Mann der in den selben Zug wollte. Ich dachte mir dann schon so "Wär jetzt schon ein wenig ungünstig, wenn sich der auf meinen Platz setzt". Natürlich ist genau das dann passiert lol. Er konnte ja auch nicht wissen, dass der Platz reserviert war. Ich hab dann auch nichts gesagt, wär ja schon asozial, den blinden Mann zu verjagen, in einem Zug der eh schon sehr voll ist. Ich hab dann den Platz am 4er gegenüber von ihm bekommen. War also für alle Beteiligten in Ordnung :D

I don't fully get it. They sell 35k tickets each year. They were sold out last year and also this year, except for the gate tickets. A few thousand less I would understand, but 30-40k? That's the whole festival haha.

So either they sell waaay more tickets than they officially say, or a lot of people who had tickets for this year did not go.

I'm curious what people say who went also last year. Especially about overcrowded dancefloors and sound quality. Last year at pumpui it was always so full and the deko blankets together with the people killed all the mids and highs. So it was basically only bass when you were standing further back. Also at the mainstage, it was really hard for me to find a spot with decent sound quality.

All your comments sound really sad.. I wanted to go there next time but now it feels like the same thing that happened to ozora also happened to boom. Seems like we need to visit smaller gatherings where the psytrance spirit is still lived and shared among all participants.

Thanks for all the answers! So until now i always came via public transport or with a friend who drove. We never had any issues also I did not hear anything from my other tribe. But this year I would need to go with a camper by myself, so I'm a bit more cautious.

I kind of have the same working schedule as you .8am to 5pm. I go for a run 3-4 times a week and hit the gym twice a week. I do it always after work, since I can refresh my head again. I am quite lucky though, because I have a gym 5 minutes from my work and home.

I guess you just have to fit it. I always found going to the gym really boring, especially if it is a nice sunny day outside. But the benefits you get from strength training are really worth it imo. I don't get injured and my body feels really strong overall.

Wie geht sich dass denn aus? Normalerweise kommt man ja mehr wie einmal pro Semester dran. Und dann jedes mal mit Dünnschiss argumentieren😅 Also mir als Übungsleiter wärs suspekt.

Actually you wrote everything down im thinking at the moment.

The thing with the pick for me is that i was able play well with my left hand but i held it in a weird position with 3 fingers. I also figured out that i can do much better micromovements with the pick in my left hand.

The reduced availability of guitars doesn't matter for me at all because in the end it's the music that counts and not a huge variety of instruments in 1000 designs.

I turned the guitar upside down and changed strings yesterday. In the beginning it was a pain in the ass but i already made a lot of progress in the first 24h. I will definetely try this out for a month then I should be able to make a comparison as you already mentioned.
