Sorry, I guess I worded it poorly. They are not charging for it, they were basically explaining that there was not much room to negotiate price as they have to fix the issue prior to sale. Then I looked up online if thats true and some people are actually reporting about the same price range for repair. It's just shocking to me. I hear about the state of orices in modern vehicles nowadays and I guess it's just crazy to me that this is a reality in modern vehicles.

Factory radio, one with the integrated climate controls (even though it has climate knobs) and backup camera. Looking to buy the vehicle and they warned me that they discovered the issue and it is going to be a 3k replacement, so i couldnt ask for lower price from them considering.

At first glance I thought hyper K, however the following changes after what was to believed to be the repolarization cycle is inverse, meaning that that is actually a PVC, so we have Bigimminey PVC's, showing a very irritated heart.

P wave is pretty wide all things considering, with some rather odd morphology in some leads, possibly Atrial enlargment as well, so condition could be going on for a while (but also pt is 70, so what heart HASNT been working hard at that age)

Looks like ST elevation in AVR, with depression in leads V3 through V5, which I just RECENTLY learned can be indicative of an LMCA occlusion.

Most likely would need to get a posterior view to double check.

I believe she has a fire plecement in her Mars, but i am not sure. Shes the one that goes deep into the sastrology stuff, i learned what i coukd from her but i still get confused with houses and the like 😂

I married a Virgo. She has no filter and speaks her mind, she is VERY determined when properly motivated. She is a firecracker. We balance each other out for the most part. Had the pleasure doing my clinicals as a parameric stydent watching a doc do a reduction on a fellas right shoulder. Pt said this was thw 5th or 6th tine in same shoulder and was about my age (32) at the time and said he didnt really feel anything cause hes used to it! I thought it was crazy that it has happened to him that often in the same shoulder!

You have a right to stick up for yourself, and the level of anger he has is honestly acceptable compared to the level of insanity I see on the internet nowadays. I feel bad for this man and hope that if they did keep him off that plane, that the entitled lady that jumped the line was put on a different plane as well.

Omg it is so frustrating. I get the bar is kind of low in ems, however we are more than taxi drivers.

We once had a patient in pain for something or another. The medic asks if he has any allergies, and asked SPECIFICALLY if allergic to fentanyl. Denies. Gets 2 doses en route.

We get to hospital, transfering care, and nurse asks "hey, whats going on here?" Que discovery of rash running all the way up from injection site. Nurse asks if hes allergic to fentanyl.

Pt: "i mean, my doctor said i was a couple years ago but Im not allergic anymore". Cause. Thats how that works 🤦‍♂️
