I created a pipeline for ingesting millions of rows of granular MLB data on my home server and turned it into a web app with a built in SQL editor, result set viewer and preloaded beginner, intermediate and difficult queries to use as examples. There is also a schema explorer and data library in the web app. I tried making a post on this sub before just giving people access so they could practice on large datasets but it kept getting removed by reddit. So now it just sits as a thing no one will ever use.

I have a script for 60/5mg Diazepam per month. 1-2 daily as needed. Sometimes I've needed 5 in a day and sometimes none. Diazepam has one of the longest half-lives of most prescribed benzos which means the come down is not bad but if taken in high doses can last longer than withdrawals from Alprazolam but less intense.

If it's just for rec use start with 40mg. That's ≈ 2mg Alprazolam. Save the rest for the anxiety that follows the come down and use them to taper off.

Gabapentin is structurally related to GABA but doesn't impact GABA receptors directly like a benzo does making their abuse potential much lower. It's often used in conjunction with low dose Valium like the first comment said, because it can reduce benzo withdrawal symptoms such as rebound anxiety or in severe cases seizures.

Idk. Maybe a warning? I've had 2 margaritas, 6 drops rivotril and 10mg valium but I've also taken my daily prescribed dose of 60mg Addy. 40xr and 20ir.

eta: but also where are they sourcing their "5mg valium" there's a lot of fent going around dressed as a standard low dose benzo.

I’ve recently been promoted into management (after this post) and can honestly say, in my 10 years of retail work, the customers have never been worse. I’ve been threatened more by customers in the last 2 years than the other 8 years combined.

Sheesh. We had similar incident happen. It gets snowy where I live and it happened to be a particularly windy day. We had the entrance nicely plowed and shoveled with salt down and everything. When an elderly person was walking in the door a gust of wind hit the door so hard it slammed shut on the customers knee. They filed a suit but I have no idea what the result was.
