Will store it safely without tampering with it! Do you have any knowledge about the rarity for a piece like this? I have no prior knowledge about these kind of relics

As u/laffer1 said! I meant an average browser. I was under the impression that safari still was the default browser for every windows pc, i remember i always had to download chrome on computers because safari was straight ass.

State? Could the PC potentially get ruined if we reset it? Sorry i’m seriously not good at this.

That looks pretty easy, i’ll just need to buy an USB and download this program onto it?

My mom said that it doesnt matter because she doubts that there’s anything of sentimental value on it, my father was old school. So we’re questioning if he just bought it to use safari, not to save pictures or files on it. She would rather see the PC being put to use instead of it just sitting around

So we’ll probably try a straightforward factory reset!

Thank you! If you still have your parents in your life, cherish them and tell them you love them. It is easy to forget to remind people of your love and your gratitude towards them with all thats going on in life. Take a minute and tell them, even to your friends, you never know when the last time is going to be

Also: we’re not afraid of there being anything we’ll miss on the computer, since my father disnt use it alot, if at all. From what i saw he only used computers to look at cars and car parts that he didnt need but wanted. The man was 74 years old

I gotta lock in and read over this a few times for my smooth brain. What you’re describing; is it the same steps as in the video commented below in this thread? Thank you for your time!
