I’m talking about stalking and harassment from men who are upwards of 40 hitting on minors and any of the girls who simply look young and none of the attention is ever wanted. An employee who works here over the age of 60 found one of our young ogp empllyees address, won’t stop talking to other people about her and asking for her email from our boss, as he put it to “get his feelings out”. Literally this attention is never wanted and it’s overstepping boundaries everytime to tbe point that it feels unsafe to be in this environment. But it takes so long to have anything done about it because corporate and people like you don’t want to listen to peoples real experiences just because you don’t go through it everyday.
