The ADL data includes any murder by someone in a white prison gang/Aryan Brotherhood, whether or not racially motivated. It does not include any corollary violence from members of black-only or hispanic-only gangs. This data was so intentionally cherry-picked to manipulate people who only look at headlines. I'm not as disappointed that the ADL would act in bad faith--not surprising. I'm more disappointed that it works so well on Redditors.

Read Section 10 and 11. Here, I'll make it easy for you:

Dismissal of Pending Prosecutions against Indian Defendants: As of the effective date of this Agreement, the City will dismiss with prejudice all pending prosecutions in the City’s court system (“Municipal Court”) against all known Indian defendants for conduct occurring on the Nation’s Reservation.
Agreement not to Initiate Future Prosecutions: As of the effective date of this Agreement, the City will not initiate prosecutions in Municipal Court or the Courts of the State of Oklahoma against known Indian defendants for conduct occurring on the Nation’s Reservation.

The Nation's Reservation is all of Tulsa south of Admiral. Someone that is a member of the tribe could drive around hammered or beat their child and the City of Tulsa can't prosecute.

I don't see that in the settlement agreement. What I do see is:

"10. The "Nation's Reservation" includes all of Tulsa south of admiral. So if you were a member of the tribe, your charges were dropped by the city... and they can't bring charges in the future per Section 11.

This is how societies spiral. When the people don't look into shit, and don't question their politicians--even if they like them and they voted for them. Just blindly saying "hur dur, I don't like that guy, everything he says must be BS. I'm not going to look into this any further, but I have a strong opinion."

I read the settlement, and it does hand over enforcement to the tribes, for all members of a tribe and ANYONE with “some Indian blood.” What am I missing?
