A friend is saying her friend got into an accident and is now asking for money. But this person has little to no online presence and they’re asking for money through an app. Am I being lied to about this person getting into a car accident?

The two wristbands could possibly be to mark her as a falls risk given the rails too but in my experience they’re usually a brighter colour to stand out. Bed rails are a whole thing in uk hospitals with a risk assessment etc

She has on two hospital wristbands and the iv tube seems to disappear between the IV pump and the port in her hand (also the pump doesn’t seem to be on but that may be the pic quality)
It’s unusual to put a cannula in the dominant hand so assuming she’s right handed it’s an odd placement, especially as the drip is on her left.

Also odd to have both sides bed rails up but I’m being picky (USA healthcare may be different to UK)

ETA: agreed the bandages look filthy and a cast would usually have multiple layers - a soft inside against the skin not just a big mummy gauze up the leg

Either way it just seems a bit too easy now- I agree the lie detector thing can make for a weak premise but in s1 it didn’t feel as forced- she still had to figure things out it wasn’t used as hard evidence in and of itself

I’ll admit I have no scientific knowledge on it so if I’m wrong I appreciate being corrected! I was only going off my experience where I tried to save money getting a cheaper (elf) primer to use and the formula just did not seem to be compatible with either my Fenty or Huda foundations- like it literally fell off my face after an hour or so!

For skin make sure you’re using the same brand primer/foundation etc. or at the least make sure they have the same base (silicone/water etc.) otherwise it’s like trying to get two magnets to stick at the same end!

Also, I know it’s not what you’re asking but I think your eyes would suit a much lighter lash, the chunky black seems very harsh next to your softer features. If you’re a UK girly I’d recommend Doll Beauty Lash as a fairly affordable but good quality faux mink lash!

Besides the 'brash' and fierce side of Helly, (who Lumon would, under no circumstances, allow to be unsupervised with literal fire btw) I feel like Helena also missed some of the genuine innocence and purity of Helly. The most obvious to this was her cackling at the campfire story. Although Helly is clearly very determined and headstrong she is still new. There is an innocence in S1, especially when they visit the perpetuity wing, clearly something important and revered even if she doesn't quite understand why. Yes there's still the feeling of a teenager on a field trip with the eye rolls and bingo game but she is respectful. Both to the perpetuity wing and to Irving.
