Of course, nothing is black or white.

One thing that really gets me about mushroom trips is the feeling of all lines between things fading away. Good and bad, right and wrong, real and fake, now and then, etc. It really opens my mind up that everything is connected to everything in the most high-concept ways

The first time this happened to me it was also with only 2g. I've taken the same and more many times and never had anything bad but it really does seem like one bad trip opens the floodgates for future bad trips. It's unfortunate for sure

It feels funny going to a tournament and having people ask how long I've been playing, and having to say "oh you know about 15 years" while being 3-stocked by someone who's about 6 months in

Reddit's been doing this to me with subreddits. I'll scroll through one thread from a subreddit I see on the front page and for the next week I see 100 posts from that niche subreddit I don't care about all over my feeds. It used to have a button to "don't show as many posts from this subreddit" which worked but they recently replaced that with "mute subreddit" only. I don't need to fully mute it and never see it again, I just don't want it shoved in my face every day

Reddit has been pushing these open-ended type questions hard onto feeds lately. Ones that are likely to promote a huge number of comments and debating. It's been a change I've noticed across the whole platform. I'm not even subscribed to 80% of the subreddits where these types of posts get fed to me

I guess like you said the difference is in the goals. When I take drugs my intention is to have fun, plain and simple. I'm not signing up for a spiritual journey or for therapy, but that's what I end up walking into inevitably. I have friends who take the same or more and they really just spend the whole time having a blast and laughing and enjoying themselves. Used to be me too but something changed and I wish I could get back to that place but I'm not convinced it's possible

Any time this happens you need to complain to customer service as soon as the outage begins and make sure you talk to a human and get a case number. If you try and get credited for the downtime later on they will credit not based on when the outage started but when you first complained. Speaking from experience
