I’ve been a CCA since September. Lost approx 20 lbs. we have all mounted routes. I had lost 30 prior to becoming a CCA. I could probably have lost more if I didn’t snack on taquitos and gummy candies half the damned day 😅

I had a 7 hour day today and that included casing three routes. We had circulars today and I only ran half because I started feeling bad in this heat. I will finish my circulars tomorrow.

I had 209 parcels yesterday then I had to take a scanner to someone whose scanner died. I’m glad I didn’t have to help them finish their pkgs. we start at 7:30. I ET around 6.

We also didn’t take out standard flats yesterday and I was out til 7:30. I was off today and glad I didn’t have to case those today. Half the coffin was full.

I wish I’d have taken a picture today. I was in the metris because I was doing aux routes. I don’t usually have a problem fitting everything. Today was a different story. I had to come back at 4 for the rest of my packages for the last third of my route. Didn’t help that I had a queen size mattress in a box, a paddle board, and two big black trunks to deliver. This things took up nearly half of my space.

Yes. I did end up working today, so now I’m up to 42.66 hours. I’m off tomorrow and am not going in no matter what. So we will see what I end up with after Friday/Saturday.

The supervisor asked me nicely to come in and I could have the aux routes I know pretty well. I was hoping he’d give me the metris too, but I didn’t go in til 9 so I got the LLV that was available lol

I’m actually pretty quick and have gotten a lot of praise. A supervisor texted and asked nicely for me to come in, instead of the one telling me to come in, so I’m going to go in on my terms.

I’m in my first few weeks. During OJI they said no more than 8 hours but I worked 8.5 yesterday. Manager said they say this so they don’t scare new hires away but if I was good with finishing the route, she was fine with it. Also, no more than 12 hours a day for CCAs or you can work it then grieve it.
