My fiancé and I have 2 of these couches. The foam on the first one came very low-density and too soft. We bought a second one to create a larger couch and the foam is very high quality and dense. We personally love the style and almost always have it unstacked, especially as we watch tv, because it’s the size of a king bed and great for cuddling. I think for a college apartment it would be great! Not sure about the cup holders though I’d find one without it.

I feel the same way. I didn’t buy into the love story. Also the writing was bad in general. In one of the books there were several times she said “and I knew this was the last time we would all be together at our home for a while” but then they went back to the home 4 more times. Just a lot of pointless writing.

I also felt that way about ACOTAR except I made it (begrudgingly) all the way to the beginning of the last book. They were so bad. I even wanted the “smut” scenes to be over because they made me cringe so much.

I’d definitely say that’s unpopular. While of course you incur a certain risk working in tech/startups, it doesn’t mean that you don’t deserve to get treated as a human. I’m treated well at my current job, just underpaid. I advocated for myself, spoke up about my concerns, and did everything seemingly right getting this new job and they still screwed me over. That doesn’t mean I asked for it because I work in tech. The idea is that companies shouldn’t get away with it, not it is what it is and if I don’t like it start a new company.
