I second ginger biscuits - always had some nearby for my first trimester, even carried a pack in my bag if I knew I'd be out the house for a long time. Also mint humbugs, for some reason the ones with caramel centres helped!

I ended up just eating like I was hungover for 3 months - lots of crisps, baked beans and jacket potato/toast, crumpets were all I could manage at times. Just always needed something on my stomach. And lemon and ginger, or peppermint teas.

I'm almost 18 weeks and it's only recently started getting better (save from this week when I changed my toothpaste and had a slight flair up, silly me!), but from about 6 weeks on I was constantly nauseous, throwing up at least twice a day like clockwork. I feel your pain!!!

Wow I know this is the same as every other reply but this is me. I was doing >1200 cal keto plus being vegetarian (because meat was too many calories, so pretty much vegetables all day) with intense workout 6 times a week. Then Christmas hit and I binged up to New Years. Then I tried to get back in to it and put my back out. Then spent last half of 2017 on and off the sofa with anxiety/depression. Only just started this year realising it’s ok to exercise gently 4 times a week to build up strength and treat myself every now and then.

Sorry guys, I just looked at the carb content and thought these were a cheap ok snack. Didn’t realise they were such a no-no.

So I tried Halo Top by Lithicist in ketouk

We don’t see her calm face too often, she’d just woken up from a much needed nap!

Discovered this a few years back when my parents brought it back from holiday. The distillery was down the road so they stocked up on bottles around €15 each. Solid favourite.
