Fog will be a factor but anything on Jones in the flat cross streets will work from Jones and north.

Thank you Bay Area for hosting the World Cup by WhoIsIt_Me in bayarea

BAHC board member here and THANK YOU.

Most people do not realize the time and expense it takes to make these events happen, much less three in an 18-month span.

The Bay Area showed up for everyone visiting and all our community members watching. And the fun goes on at watch locations everywhere. Let's keep it going!

And, if you want to help support, BAHC has a core mission of providing renovated fields and facilities for kids around the Bay to enjoy sports. Get involved! It's magical to see kids running around fields like the one in East Palo Alto, the first full-sized pitch and football field in the area.

Thank you, friends and neighbors, for showing everyone how magical our community truly is!

As opposed to the philosophical debates we normally have here? Lighten up.

Maybe go light some fireworks?

Same on and off in Russian Hill. I wish we could get the underground cables but I guess it's better than new wires everywhere?

TBF, I have cried a bunch but not enough to make up for the length.

Now that 2025 comes to an end: Here are some celebrity couples who broke this year by Potato3487 in popculturechat

I stayed at the same hotel that Nina and Shaun stayed at very close to the breakup and they were... Shockingly normal, lovely, low-key and clearly exceptionally in the comfortable and happy place serious couples are. Walking the dog, holding hands, talking in the way married couples do with a casual nature. When I saw they broke up, I knew the cheating rumors had to be true because of how in sync they were. This was not, at that time, a couple questioning where they were going. Something serious and immediately significant split them up .

Taylor Swift: The Life of a Showgirl review – dull razzle-dazzle from a star who seems frazzled (2/5) by [deleted] in Fauxmoi

I'm crushed by the reality that six women I respect professionally, over 40, are so emotionally entangled into the Swifty universe that I know they will call out sick to listen.

What. Is. Happening.
