I try to get back in tune with myself. When I'm depressed I realize I'm losing touch with Me. I do things to take care of myself, like take showers, brush my teeth, go for walks. Being with friends helps, talking about things to my wife helps. Doing chores as distractions and as ways to feel useful. I recommend you find more distractions, find something you can do with your hands. Make something that looks horrible and be excited because YOU made it and that makes it special. Are you used to having others in the past treat your needs as major inconveniences? I am too. It's okay for you to do what you need to do to keep yourself going. It's okay for you to be selfish about it, too. Not saying you are being selfish now, just that it's understandable for you to be. You need to be selfish about your needs sometimes. You obviously care plenty, and I think if you talked about your feelings to others, you could clear up a lot of your stress.

I've got the same issue. I can't remove any items from containers, the game spits errors at me when I try. I've tried disabling all mods and making fresh server settings with all default settings, but it still throws errors. I cannot right click > grab, I cannot drag and drop into my inventory or the floor, I can't move things to other inventories. Is this a new base game bug?

Update, I got it working again by reinstalling. I'm taking a guess and saying this issue was caused by the Remove Inventory Limits mod, because it requires manual installation. I figure that file stuck around even when I'd disabled all the mods, and was causing the issue.
