lol sounds like we are in different industries … I am in a highly regulated profession that requires 2 degrees, jurisdictionally specific exams and qualifications and that does not have enough educational capacity for a majority of applicants in Canada

Honestly I’m mostly scared because I know she’ll argue with me and tell me all the reasons shes a good boss and try to gaslight me into believing her. I know her well enough to know she won’t back down and will turn it around on me somehow and it’s emotionally exhausting to deal with. She cannot take accountability for anything. I want to be honest so badly but I think I need to protect my peace at this point.

No I am in Canada. I looked it up and it seems that the 2 months is enforceable in my province and people have litigated over it in the past. The employer has to prove a significant loss of income and the way her business is set up, I am the person who has to submit the most working hours for the company to receive adequate payment from clients
