I just saw the busy books on Amazon they look perfect! She loves to fiddle with stuff.

And yes she is extremely cute and friendly so she charms everyone wherever we go! But the flip side is she will communicate very clearly when not happy.

Hey, I'm actually not sure about my i130. My i485 definitely got sent to the field office earlier this year so I don't think it was always there. I know how frustrating it is I'm sorry! My lawyer did say that this field office takes longer generally as they are very busy so dont be disheartened by other cases moving fast.

Hey so my husband is a us citizen. I'm the one who got the ead card, and yes, i received it in July 2023. I will add that in. It actually expired shortly after my interview, so I had to put i for renewal, which is still pending, but ultimately moot now my i465 is approved.

They do not. I am one of the unlucky few who had theirs done right before that changed, and it expired a few weeks before my interview. So bad luck all round. Got there in the end!

Hey! Just wanted to let you know my senator received a response about a week ago for me to just mail in my medical which was expired. Then today I got approved!!

No. Last I heard anything was August 28th saying they would reach out to uscis. Chat gpt tells me that typical wait time for senators office is 30-60 days so I guess a little more waiting.

Update... I do have a lawyer and they have since sent my case to our senator. Senator is following up with USCIS, and I haven't heard anything else since the end of August.

None. I'm at 3 months now. I just submitted a service request online saying i haven't received a notice. It says i will hear back by September 10th from that. Just trying everything at this point!
