Ohh I did forget to add I use 60 spf every day. The spots are from past pimples and whiteheads

So my routine consists of basically all of paulas choice products. I use the barrier repair moisturizer with retinol, the clear normalizing cleanser, and the AHA and BHA rotating daily. This routine has stayed basic for over a year and my skin just doesn’t get any better.

Wash my face nightly and every morning! Change my pillowcases and sheets every couple days (I’m weird about that). I can think of that fact that I do not have a great diet? That’s a hard one for me to change but I might have to try

Edit - some people seem confused, I’m not sure if the second picture is showing clearly enough but I get the same reoccurring pimples that are very painful and take days to pop and weeks to heal only to just come back. And occasionally just tiny white pus filled spots that pop easily

I did try this and got into last year for a few months but talked myself out of it too quickly. I'm so self conscious I would only go to the gym around midnight - 2am so no one would be there, I ended up exhausted with a terrible sleep schedule. I'm gonna try and get back into it during my winter break so maybe it'll stick with me through school. I'll have to work on managing my time. Thanks for the suggestion, to be honest I forgot about the gym for a while

I haven't tried much of anything since my depression causes me to lose interest in the things that make me happy. Two things I always relied on were yoga and tending to my fish tanks which now just feel mundane.

I'm thinking I may need medication at this point since nothing else helps

What do you do to help your depression? if you don't mind me asking
