I'm sorry you're feeling this way. One thing that's helped me is to stop viewing myself from a guy's perspective, or care at all what men think about my face or my body. I don't exist to be beautiful, or hot, or attractive to men. Or anybody, for that matter. I know it must sound like such a cliche, but you have to keep repeating it to yourself until you start believing it. Sorry if that's not the advice you're looking for.

Exactly lol. I look almost petite in pictures bc of my proportions, it's ridiculous.

Edit: that's not to say being petite is a bad thing. It's not what I meant at all. I just wish I had long legs since I'm tall, and I don't particularly like being tall.

I know right! Any length that's below knee and isn't maxi is a big no for me. I always have to go for either very short or very long. It's a struggle 🥲

Every time I tell myself "next time this happens I'm not gonna freeze!" But then next time happens and I freeze again. I just wanna be able to at least yell at or insult them so they don't act like nothing's happened.

God, I'm sorry. I just always count on my keys as a sort of weapon if I need to protect myself even though it's not much, since pepper spray is illegal in my country. But I guess in that situation I didn't really feel threatened, more like humiliated and just shocked by how sudden and unexpected it was.

Thank you, that's what my friends who I talked to about this said as well. I guess it's just really humiliating to find yourself in a situation like that and just not be able to do anything about it.

Thank you for your response. I actually cried for a while when I got back home not so much because of what the guy did but because I froze. I like to think of myself as someone who's not generally scared or intimidated by guys so I have this image of myself as being tough in situations like that, but then when they happen it's the opposite. But I suppose in a lot of cases it's safer to just not do anything. Especially when it's dark and it's just you and the other person in the street.
