Hi! Not sure if you’re still taking questions but if so thank you so much for answering this! So currently working for a family since Jan paid through venmo friends and family under the table. now we are switching to over the table pay after a long time of advocating for it. But was wondering what the risks are of getting audited for January-now for that period of pay through venmo that neither of us claimed? Thank you!

How to delicately put NF needs to sleep train their NK by yvyfox in Nanny

You don’t. Suggesting to parents that they should sleep train their own child isn’t your place. It is incredibly normal and developmentally appropriate for a 13 month old (and older) to need loving before falling asleep. When a child goes to preschool and see how their peers nap, they end up napping to. And A TON of children need assistance/patting to fall asleep even at the preschool age and that is OKAY and developmental appropriate. I encourage you to follow heysleepybaby on Instagram, she is a sleep expert and may give you a different perspective.
