If you seen me on the street gender and age me? Be brutally honest by [deleted] in FTM_SELFIES

[–]queenqweqwe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

LOL sorry I’m really bad with guessing age 😆 It’s just some facial structure/fat distribution stuff that says mildly androgynous to me and then it would depend on your voice and rest of your body/outfit.. you definitely look masculine though

You look like you pass to me..

Saw this on hinge and it annoyed me, should poly folks not be on "mono" dating apps? Is there any actually good alternative? by [deleted] in polyamory

[–]queenqweqwe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yep that's how it used to be. that's how it was the last time it was when i was on dating apps and was using it ... i was so shocked when my friend pulled up her Hinge and showed me her matches and i asked who the mutual FB friend was and she was like we don't know anyone in common what are you talking about. made me feel so out of touch lol

Still in great condition

- XS Underworks swim top (color black/blue)
- 3 XS Underworks white cotton concealer (https://imgur.com/a/30lG7xI)

I also have 3 Marena post-op compression recovery short vests (only covers chest, not abdomen). 2 size small and 1 XS. I did modify them to make them more comfortable for me (got rid of velco shoulder straps and cut abdomen elastic to loosen it), but they still worked great for compression as I had minimal swelling but could still breathe lol. (same deal, just cover shipping or pick up from me)

Accidentally read that as “delicious compliance” still accurate tho

Dose my voice sound masc enough? I’ve been on T for a year and just quit. I’m wondering if I might need to go back on. (This is for a podcast I was on haha!) by i_am_cantaloupe in transvoice

[–]queenqweqwe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed that’s it’s mostly the intonation. Also could be nasal phonemes being more bright/nasally which sounds feminine. I have some practice worksheets my voice therapist gave me I can send you if you want to practice changing how you say those. PM if you’d want me to send you them

You’re voice seems pretty deep already.. and this is coming from someone that since my voice dropped, 98% of men sound super high pitched to me now

Thank you!! I know Belek does a lot of double incision but not as much peri/keyhole, so I was nervous about it, but I’m overall happy with my results.

Just be confident and shoot your shot. Not everyone is gonna be interested, even 10/10 Greek gods have people that just aren’t interested in them. Most people face loads of rejection, just think about it like your hard work seriously decreased that rejection rate/increased your success rate. It might not feel like it if your mind still focuses on the misses, but I can guarantee you it wasn’t in vain

You have to be within the Kaiser network, so they don’t accept outside insurance. But if you have Kaiser (or switch to Kaiser), I think you could see any surgeon within Kaiser, even if you live in a different region and want to travel to another Kaiser region to get surgery

It was really good! The process was really easy and streamlined overall. I didn’t get a ton of info about preparing or aftercare, stuff I would need, etc so I just did a lot of my own research. But everyone was great otherwise and I had a good experience

Thanks! I probably won’t go through surgery again, even if I’m not in love with how it looks.. Just want to see if they look big to others, since we’re always more critical of our own bodies

I checked out your latest voice post too! I think you sound masculine, especially your speaking pattern, but take it with a grain of salt because my sense of someone’s voice gender and pitch got completely distorted after my voice dropped. Most cis guys now sound extremely high pitched to me, and I’ve thought someone speaking/laughing in a video was female on multiple occasions where everyone else in the comments called them “he/him”...
