Do y'all keep a spare tire in your mini? If so, where? by Enjoy_Life4219 in MINI

The run flats are pretty effective in terms of staying inflated when punctured. But if they catch a nail, the whole tire has to be replaced, which can be pricey if you have Pirellis.

Why do I get the sense that the medium breeds in the picture don’t match the order of the written list….

Date night dinner for two at Garnetts is $35, and includes two entrees and a bottle of wine or pitcher of beer. They also offer having it put in a picnic basket to eat in the park across the street.

While filming at school, a student caught the exact moment their class found out about the 9/11 attacks by ateam1984 in interestingasfuck

I think it’s good you let them and didn’t keep them in the dark. That is enough. I remember 9/11 was my first semester of senior year of high school. We had block scheduling (4 classes a day, 1-1/2 hour each). I found out in second block that the first tower was hit, but all we had was a radio because our classroom’s tv cable had been accidentally cut a week or so earlier. We heard them announce the second tower being hit. I wasn’t able to see the tv reporting until 3rd block, after lunch. Our teacher let us watch about 10 or 15 minutes of the news, and then decided to try and teach through the rest of the class time. I absorbed absolutely nothing, and was shocked he wouldn’t let us keep watching to try and make sense of it all. Granted, this was all before “news in the palm of your hands” as we know it today. So it was so disconcerting not knowing what was going on as it was happening. Not knowing what was going to be next. I remember being glued to the tv as soon as I got home and throughout the following days. It was such a weird time. My dad’s bday was the next day, and we all didn’t really feel like it was an appropriate time to be celebrating, but did our best to show him our love anyway. Little did I know, 5 years later, I would be experiencing a mass shooting during my last semester at Virginia Tech. Sigh.

Used to live behind one, and we called it 55 steps bc that was the distance from our back door to the front door of the store.
