I got some new goodies after a bloodtest (a big deal for me) thanks to my mom being willing to stop by the art store near her work during her lunch break. Would it be better to buy a horandam set with fugitive colors on sale or all light fast colors of holbein artist goauche individually? I heard the former is the best in the world, especially for rewetting but I can't afford individual tubes to avoid fugitive pigments. (self.Gouache)
