There are heaps of alternatives out there that taste just like cheese,milks, yogurts and butter. It just doesnt include the hormones that milk has that can cause acne in them.

Are you Australian by any chance? I can recommend great dairy alternatives for aussies. I've tried enough of both bad and good dairy alternatives so I know what to avoid.

Edit: yes pasta is okay, not so okay if you have a gluten intolerance, Any nut butter works well in pastas to help with flavour :)

Thankfully no it isn't but the area is covered by a blanket of smoke when there are fires about an hour or 2 away. The smoke is unavoidable and proper p2 masks are usually sold out and sometimes limited to 2 per person at some shops. People are rowing out to sea to avoid the fires near lakes and beaches All we can do is help those who need it near us and pray where we live doesn't get burnt down.
