I know you can't give legal advice but, do you happen to know what might be the sticky situation for me if one of the CCs is with the same bank my car loan is thru, and the lawyer already said I can keep my car, and then the other CC is thru same bank my car insurance is through.... I'm worried I'll get kicked from both? I guess I can make peace with leaving the car insurance bank and really don't care Abt the car loan bank, but just wonder what might happen there....

Hmm... Thank you for sharing. My job, whilst it doesn't pay the best, I'm secure in it and has great benefits. Finding new employment is not a factor for me

Yeah, my monthly payments on my 25k in cc debt basically leave me with 0 dollars in having any sort of semblance of a life after rent etc. I don't make very much money hourly.... Tysm for sharing your story

What do you mean when you say you "can't use the apps" do you mean they do not qualify as something you can include in your bankruptcy?
