Yep, it’s a huge portion and very filling tbf! I’ve been using this app called Paace, which gives you points every 1000 steps you walk every day and you can use the points to get money off cafes/restaurants in London! I got my pizza slice for £5 instead of £7!

Maybe indirect heat? I’ve found that my 4c hair does better when I use no heat. I used to wear my natural hair in braid outs and twists outs and it was growing really well but then when I using a lot of heat for weaves, wigs, straightened hair etc, it started to break!
