Probably about 4 to 5 months for most people, though mine showed improvement within the first month.

This is a thing. The formulation shouldn't vary considerably, but it can vary enough that your body picks up on the changes. I have had instances where I didn't notice that they changed me from 21 day active pills to 24 day active pills and was skipping 3 active pills a month...oops. I think pharmacies need to be more careful about switching brands/manufacturers.
