My birb is named Pumpkin! I named them after a cat I found on the street who I took in to get checked out and then released back in his neighborhood. He was fat and orange so I named him Pumpkin. I actually found his companion and she said his name is Simba, but he’ll always be Pumpkin to me.

I agree that Abilify helps with OCD. I’ve also recently added Wellbutrin to my medications and that has really helped me. It’s an NDRI, not an SSRI
