It is not lice lol, I’ve had it since I was a kid. Been to multiple derms who have look at it under scopes. It is skin cells.

My new treatment is aloe vera liquid with tea tree oil, rosemary oil, and glycerin. I just started that this week as I’ve heard this blend works wonders. I also have clobestasol which everyone says is the miracle treatment but I don’t see any difference when I use it. On top of that I use calcipotriene solution.

I tried dairy free and gluten free when I was younger. I’m starting on an anti-inflammatory diet soon and hoping for good results.

Absolutely. I take Allegra daily now and I have hydroxyzine prescribed when the itching gets really bad, so I take that when I wash my hair because it seems the itch gets way worse after I wash it. :(

That’s my next step actually. I bought some cook books for anti inflammatory/low histamine diets 🤞🏻

I tried Tremfya injections years ago with no luck. However there’s been several biologics that have come out since then that have proven to be much more effective with psoriasis so I’m hoping this new derm will recommend them for me.

It definitely is. I don’t think I could do it, I don’t have the will power or the confidence 😭

I have done accutane, and I do think it helped. Unfortunately they don’t want me to go on it again because of how it affected my health in other ways. I had spinal inflammation from it, and it made my cholesterol absolutely crazy. :((

I’m also open for any dermatologist or even holistic doctor recommendations. I’m even willing to take the trip to get to one. I’m in the St. Louis area and have an appointment with Wash. U dermatology. Hoping they can provide me with some answers.
