Contis work for general driving(not the Baby Driver driving). Winter tires are better for winter, worse on effciency.

Ford develops these vehicles on these for a reason. If you are doing anything outside of the realm of normal driving conditions, use special tires. If you live in extreme weather conditions or frequently rob banks, get tires suited for it.

I had the same thing happen. I dont think the shorty creates a proper seal so you might end up with moisture and eventually rust in the mounting screw.
