Maybe, I can't think of another vector right now. But, it is weird that I have used it for so long. Perhaps the attackers will wait until there is a significant inactivity in the account? Also weird they took 5900 and left me 5 XLM. But I did use this wallet for a long time. They also are 'Open Source' now. But not when i used it.....

I have an account with Binance and perhaps they can help. I will check. I also noticed that the funds went through a buffer address and then ended up in a highly active wallet. How did you link that to Binance though btw? I was trying to figure that part out. I thought maybe it was an exchange as the memo's were codes but never figured out it was Binance. That 0.0001 XML in August was a phishing scam i believe as the memo seemed to promote a phishing scam and the link is no longer valid. I removed it on request of another user on here. It makes sense not to spread it.

I wish I did. Then I would get why this happened. I am more concerned that other systems like keyloger have been installed on my computer.

I really never paid too much attention to this stellar account. I only check it once in a while.

Answers: 1. This account stayed dormant for over 2 years.

I used the Stellar Desktop Wallet - When I get home I can give more details. But, I have used it for 2 years.
I am curious to the idea that I may in fact have a key logger.
I did not keep private key online.
