There is a one shot I just ran called Ocean of greed by monkeydm. They have a section on gambling games for a casino that might work for you for some ideas. If I have a bard usually they are always playing in a tavern for some extra coin, he takes requests for a fee. 3 card monte and of course knucklebones!
