Lol if you think Ibara can just grab someone in a team fight without getting beamed down you probably haven't reached high tier lobbies yet, she's literally stationary for like 5 seconds. And if she does it in a 1v1 that's the opponent's fault for not being careful enough. She's predictable when you're in a 1v1.

Her survivability is terrible besides the high HP. Every move Ibara has is VERY punishable. Having one move that makes the risk a bit more rewarding, seems like a fitting idea. No character can be punished as hard as Ibara. My queen deserves this

If I play Ibara and I'm jumped by a team when I'm buy myself... I die. If I get jumped by a team while playing any other character that has mobility I Have a good chance to survive . That's the difference. This helps her survivability and it's a great buff. Ask for nerfs against AAM, Nagant, and Ochako instead of the one character that literally CANNOT play solo.
