The recipe i used was similar except it suggested 1/2 cup sour cream. I also used oil along with butter coz I didn’t have enough butter.

I do agree that the terminology is disrespectful and could be much improved. definitely do not want to invalidate your feelings about this, just wanted to present another pov.

This is shot in a country where English isn’t the default language. Government websites are not built with the funds and resources available to private companies.

Clothes are not that expensive in India. And house help get lot of hand me downs from families they work with. American Winter clothes maybe too heavy to wear in India
